What we offer:

• Organization of the introduction of global processes in the local units as well as securing global goals in accordance with local quality goals and improvement programs
• Adaptation of tests and their documentation to local requirements
• Cooperation with the DQM and the local authorities
• Ensuring the required quality organization
• Control of the improvement process and implementation of product and process-relevant quality issues
• Support and implementation of internal and external audits and their organisation
• Establish and secure quality reporting to the plant/production/site manager and global quality functions

What we are looking for:

• Technical degree (at least technician with additional qualification or higher)
• Experience in special and heavy engineering
• Process experience (QM, audit experience) and knowledge of ISO9001, VDA6.4, other product-specific standards
• Methodological knowledge such as 5W, 8D, DMAIC as well as knowledge of SAP
• Communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
• Resilience and structured way of working
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
