We're now looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor . This position is full‑time , hybrid from our Dusseldorf office, with sporadic business travel required.

• Being responsible for the operation and management of supplier warehouses in the European region, including inbound, storage, sorting, packaging, outbound, and inventory counting. Monitor supplier performance to ensure efficient warehousing and delivery, cost control, to support order fulfillment for both 2C and 2B business.
• Collaborate with suppliers to optimize operational models and monitor suppliers to implement and optimize warehousing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), reduce costs, improve efficiency, enhance operational service quality to improve performance.
• Implement on‑site inspections of supplier warehouses, to identify risks, and follow up the improvement actions.
• Being responsible for monitoring the supplier last‑mile delivery performance to ensure the quality and timeliness of order delivery.
• During major promotions period, closely collaborate with headquarters/suppliers to develop the promotion logistics solutions and ensure the quality of order fulfillment in promotion period.
• Routinely collect issues and requests from the sales/customer interface, conduct statistical analysis, and facilitate internal communication to discuss solutions, implement actions to improve customer satisfaction.
• For customer‑specific requirements, being able to collaborate with suppliers to output solutions to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with other departments communication (e.g., sales, after‑sales, first‑mile, GTM, procurement, etc.) to solve relevant issues.
• Support to implement relevant projects in the European region.

Your profile includes:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in logistics management, supply chain management, mathematics/statistics (Data Analysis direction), etc. is preferred.
• With 5 years working experience, European work experience is preferred. Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Familiar with using tools such as Excel and Power BI for data visualization. Basic SQL skill /inventory calculation model (EOQ model) is preferred.
• Strong logical analysis ability, being able to identify business issues through data analysis; strong communication skills, being able to effectively interface with internal and external party communication.
• Result‑oriented working and strong willingness to learn and adapt to rapidly changing business.
