Warehouse Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as inventory management, document preparation, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical abilities. They will also be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining open lines of communication with other departments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drafting and preparing inbound and outbound documents including archiving

You are the contact person for day-to-day administrative business within the warehouse area - coordinating regularly with customer service teams on incoming/outgoing goods status; managing all logistical data entry (including verification) through invoice verifications made internally within warehouses location software etc., making sure everything remains organized!
