We develop modern ERP and BI solutions with a focus on digitalization and business informatics that help companies to efficiently manage and further develop their processes.

A central component of our system landscape is the automation of business processes - for internal workflows as well as for customer projects.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced or highly motivated low‑code automation specialist who can develop scalable workflows and efficiently automate complex processes using tools such as n8n. Experience in API integrations, data processing and automation architectures is particularly valuable. We also welcome knowledge of complementary tools such as Make or script extensions.

We offer flexible working hours, 30 vacation days per year and a fully remote position - with the option to use our co-working space in Wesel at any time.

Areas of responsibility

Your tasks

• Development, optimization and maintenance of automated workflows in n8n
• Analysis of existing business processes and design of efficient automation solutions
• Integration of internal and external systems via REST APIs, webhooks and data sources
• Creation of reusable automation modules and templates
• Ensuring stability, monitoring, logging and error handling within existing automation lines
• Close collaboration with backend development, specialist departments and product owners
• Technical responsibility for the continuous development of our automation architecture

Requirements profile

Your profile

• Sound experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or comparable automation tools
• Confident handling of REST APIs, webhooks, data processing and JSON logics
• Advantageous : Basic knowledge of JavaScript or PHP for custom nodes / complex workflows
• Understanding of process analysis, system integration and automation strategies
• Experience with Docker, Git or CI / CD pipelines is welcome, but not mandatory
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working and enjoy optimizing complex processes
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and willingness to be partially present in the co‑working space in Wesel
• Very good knowledge of German
