To join our growing team and play a crucial part in our hypergrowth phase we are looking for an M&A Analyst (f / m / d) based in Berlin.

Your responsibilities

Qualify promising M&A targets
Underwriting and financial modeling of acquisitions
Support the M&A team in the end-to-end due diligence of targets
Prepare underwriting documentation for the CEO and board
Work closely with the head of M&A on every deal

Your profile

gathered first working experience in M&A & deal making
a professional & academic background in Finance / Business
fluent in German
