As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll lead the development of innovative solutions that push the boundaries of computer vision, time series analysis, and automation. Design and deploy machine learning models (such as object detection, image segmentation) and time series models with a focus on automated systems
Create scalable algorithms that contribute to the control or decision‑making processes of mechatronic and robotic systems.
Apply state‑of‑the‑art techniques in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and other AI approaches to solve real‑world challenges.
Guide junior engineers, oversee code quality through reviews, and advocate for best practices.
Ensure smooth deployment and continuous optimisation of AI models in industrial environments, making adjustments based on real‑world performance.

At least 4 years of hands‑on experience in machine learning, particularly with computer vision and time series analysis
Experience with robotics, such as autonomous systems, industrial automation, or sensor fusion would be an advantage
Expertise in Python and C++, with familiarity in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and tools such as OpenCV and scikit‑learn.
Experience in deploying complex models into production environments, ideally in cloud or large‑scale applications.
Strong mathematical background and experience working with large, unstructured datasets.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams and guide projects.
Proficiency in both English and German, spoken and written
