Team Lead Mainframe Development Team
Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain mainframe applications using CICS COBOL JCL VSAM and DB2
Manage a team size of 1215 mainframe developers
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Perform code reviews resolve issues if any and provide support during critical situations.
Ensure compliance with coding standards security policies and best practices
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the team
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
12 13 years of experience in mainframe development support and deployment
Strong command of mainframe technologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and take accountability for the entire delivery of the team
