Job Description
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking Maintenance Methods Engineers (M/F) to join our Rhône‑Alps / Grand Est Operations Center for a major project with a leading French industrial group.

Assignment Location: Client site in Germany (Frankfurt)

Main Responsibilities

Conducting preliminary analyses using FMECA or the V.I.S. methodology
Proposing and implementing improvements to existing maintenance methods
Writing and updating maintenance plans
Suggesting corrective actions
Contributing to the creation and revision of maintenance standards
Producing technical documentation
Presenting solutions and guiding stakeholders through the adoption and implementation of new procedures

Profile / Requirements

Degree from an engineering school or equivalent Master’s level (Bac+5) in an industrial field
Proven experience in maintenance methods, equipment reliability, and/or maintenance optimization techniques
Solid knowledge of industrial installations, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, and of mechanical (pumps, compressors, turbines), static (pressure vessels), and electrical equipment
Strong problem‑solving mindset, with initiative, communication skills, and analytical thinking essential for success
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel, and familiarity with CMMS systems
Fluency in English is mandatory
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
