Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and smooth operation of assigned facilities and buildings during daily business hours to guarantee uninterrupted business operations.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets for all new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Take responsibility for compliance with all internal policies as well as external regulations and legal requirements.
• Work independently and proactively within the defined framework.
• Provide technical leadership for managing a team of approximately five external employees.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed 3-year vocational training (e.g., Industrial Mechanic, Energy Electronics Technician) combined with extensive, job‑specific additional qualifications or advanced training (e.g., Technician).
• Successfully completed training as an External Company Coordinator (BG ETEM certification).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Solid knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
• Good command of German and English
