Your Responsibilities at OPmobility

Monitoring and maintenance of KPIs in the maintenance department
Conducting maintenance assessments and driving continuous improvement
Organizing and maintaining work instructions
Creating, reviewing, and closing work orders
Coordinating with external service providers
Reviewing preventive measures, both internally and externally
Inventory checks and materials management
Optimizing maintenance activities
Creating and maintaining "Lessons Learned" documentation
Documenting all maintenance actions and processes
Communicating and coordinating with other departments
Supporting internal and external audits
Preparing reports and presentations for management
Maintaining maintenance data in IT systems (e.g. SAP, CMMS)

What You Bring To The Table

Excellent German language skills
Completed commercial or technical vocational training
Experience in maintenance or technical administration is a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP or another maintenance management system
Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
Proactive mindset and a sense of responsibility
