Maintenance Team Leader

Your Job:
• Leading and developing a small team in the maintenance department at HUB Europe
• Analyzing and eliminating weak points, faults, and malfunctions in logistics systems
• Carrying out repair work and providing support with mechanical repairs and electrical maintenance and servicing
• Responsible for ensuring smooth shift operations, taking into account personnel, machines, and materials, as well as for timely and efficient order processing
 
Your qualification:
• You have completed at least 3 years of specialized vocational training, ideally as a mechatronics engineer, and have several years of professional experience
• At least 2 years of specialized training or additional knowledge and skills acquired through many years of professional experience are an advantage
• You have good electrical engineering knowledge; knowledge of pneumatics is also an advantage
• You have good IT skills and knowledge of programmable logic controllers (e.g., Simatic S7, Beckhoff TwinCat).
• Knowledge of industrial bus systems (e.g., Interbus, Ethercat, Profibus) is an advantage.
•Teamwork and respect in dealing with colleagues are a matter of course for you.

Part of the selection process is an assessment centre.
