This Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Associate to join our Technical Services team. This role is designed to provide direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision‑making while supporting high‑impact projects across multiple functions. You will work closely with the Head of Technical Services, and leadership team, gaining invaluable experience in business transformation, cross‑functional collaboration, and executive‑level operations.

Work Location: This is an 18‑month placement based in Germany, with some travel required to other sites.

Responsibilities

Support the Head of Technical Services on strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and board‑level projects.
Coordinate and deliver cross‑functional projects that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior stakeholders and external partners.
Participate in key leadership meetings, ensuring actions and follow‑ups are captured and progressed.
Monitor business performance, analyse data, and provide insights to support informed decision‑making.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support new client onboarding and project launches.
Act as a connector across teams, ensuring strong communication and alignment between local and global stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Strong academic record (First‑class or Upper Second‑class honours preferred).
Background in business, strategy, consulting, or operations is desirable.
Strong Power BI skills, including data modelling, dashboard creation, and reporting.
Advanced Excel & ability to work with digital tools.
Analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset.
Strong data interpretation skills with the ability to turn insights into meaningful action.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
Valid visa or legal right to work in the EU/EEA.
Valid EU Class B driving licence with a clean driving record.

Additional Skills and Experience

Experience working on cross‑border or multinational projects.
Knowledge of quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Interest in business transformation, strategy, or entrepreneurship.
Fluent in English; other languages (especially German, French, or Spanish) are a plus.
