Lead test teams and develop advanced test strategies to ensure maximum test case coverage through innovative solutions in client projects!

As a Management Consultant Test Management , you will take on the technical management of teams, define the overarching test strategy and bear overall responsibility for the success of all test activities. With your expertise, you are largely responsible for a successful and long-term customer relationship.

These tasks await you with us:

You are responsible for strategic test management including process improvements.
You will be responsible for cross-process coordination for the overall procedure (e.g. with release management, requirements management, etc.).
In addition to managing multiple test projects, you will be responsible for defining an overarching test strategy.
You are responsible for the success of all test activities.
You manage successful customer relationships and provide support in pre-sales.
With your expertise, you are a mentor figure for other colleagues.

HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE YOUR STRENGTHS WITH US:

Your expertise includes 7 years in software testing as a responsible test manager.
You have a high level of customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills at all levels up to C-level.
You are experienced in leading and coaching project teams.
Furthermore, you have experience in expanding customer relationships/sales.
Your expert knowledge of processes, methods, software development, and project management (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum) guarantees your success.
You are always confident in dealing with critical project situations.
With business fluent German language skills (C1) and an ISTQB Tester Advanced Level certificate plus ideally IREB or PSM/PSPO, you have solved the ticket into our team.
