We are looking for our future Management Reporting & Analysis (MRA) Specialist (m/f/d) reporting to the Group Controlling Reporting & Analysis Manager based in Blieskastel to join our Integrated Controlling Services (ICS) team for a temporary contract (24 months).

What will you do?

You carry out Group standard reports and KPI calculations, updating them regularly using automation and digitalization.
According to the Group’s schedule you prepare, distribute reports or KPIs and deliver them in due time.
You master the related data sources and report processes.
For reports and KPIs under your responsibility, you perform a first level of analysis ensuring data completeness, correctness and consistency.
You provide Controllers with accurate information on main trends, providing insights on specific points.
As the central technical owner of the reports & KPIs, you train users, answer questions and support them on digital tools, such as creating new reports, dashboards and visualising data.
You contribute to centralising reporting activities from operational Controlling to the ICC-MRA team.

What do you bring?

You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics or a similar qualification.
Your analytical skills and IT affinity enable you to use Excel and BI/BW tools in daily business and develop reports in SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI.
Fluent German and English language skills allow communication with international colleagues.
You are customer oriented and can work in a transversal mode.
You can see the bigger picture by connecting financial effects to business evolution.
You work independently with general supervision and good time management.

What are the recruitment stages?

You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager and the recruiter.
A second interview will be organized with the N+2 and the HR manager.
