Your daily business

• A structured 12-month program with rotations through all relevant departments of a Hampton by Hilton hotel (front office, housekeeping, breakfast, sales, revenue management, and finance)
• At least 3–4 placements lasting 1–3 months each in different Hampton by Hilton hotels (willingness to travel within Germany required)
• Intensive support from experienced mentors (mostly general managers and department heads)
• Regular training modules (practical and theoretical) on topics such as leadership, Hilton standards, revenue management, guest orientation, and employee management
• Independent projects and the opportunity to take on initial management tasks during the program
• After successful completion of the program, a permanent position as department manager or assistant hotel manager (depending on performance and availability)

Our Expectation

•    Successfully completed hotel management training or university degree (bachelor's/master's), preferably in hotel management, tourism, business administration, or a comparable field
•    2 years of practical experience in the hotel industry (internships, working student positions, or permanent employment) – ideally already in an international hotel company
•    Very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1 or higher)
•    High degree of mobility and flexibility
•    Strong service and guest orientation and enjoyment of working with people
•    Ambition, willingness to learn, and a clear goal of entering hotel management
•    Positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and entrepreneurial thinking
