Your focus

• Support agile transformations and advise top management on technology-driven agility and organizational development
• Design and facilitate workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions to promote Lean-Agile practices and effective decision-making
• Build and contribute to agile change teams (LACE) while fostering a Lean-Agile mindset across large organizations
• Develop and implement new process organizations and support Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) initiatives
• Measure transformation progress through the definition and analysis of relevant KPIs

Ready for Detecon?

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Several years (minimum 3 years) of hands-on experience in supporting and implementing scaled agile transformations, e.g., in Value Streams or LACE teams
• Certifications as SAFe Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master, complemented by SAFe Agilist, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent
• Experience in Professional Services, ideally within the Public Sector, Defense, or comparable industries
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) as well as willingness to travel for project-related work (national or international, depending on preference)
