We are looking for a passionate and visionary Manager Art Director – Omnichannel (m/f/d) to join our Global Art Direction Team at our headquarters in Metzingen, starting as soon as possible. In this role, you will shape the visual experience of our brand across all channels and help drive HUGO BOSS to the next level.

What you can expect

• Define and drive the creative direction for all E-Commerce content, including visual language, layouts and content guidelines
• Apply strong editing and layout skills to optimize visual storytelling and content presentation
• Develop, document and continuously refine E-Commerce content guidelines to ensure a consistent brand experience
• Work closely with our In-House Studio and E-Com Art Directors, providing clear creative briefings and guiding the execution of content
• Act as the main point of responsibility to ensure that all content coming from the Art Direction team is correctly implemented across E-Commerce, newsletters and retail stores
• Review, edit and approve layouts and content before go-live, ensuring accuracy, quality and brand consistency
• Ensure that creative concepts translate seamlessly across different channels and formats

Your profile

• Several years of experience in Art Direction, Creative Direction or Content Design, ideally in an E-Commerce or brand environment
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce content requirements and sales-driven visuals
• Excellent editing, layout and visual composition skills
• Experience collaborating with in-house studios or creative production teams
• A high level of ownership and attention to detail - you make sure things are done right
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align creative vision across teams
