Manager – Asset & Wealth Management Consulting

Location: Frankfurt (with travel as needed)

I’m supporting a leading global consultancy growing its Asset & Wealth Management practice in Frankfurt. We’re seeking experienced consultants at Manager level, with flexibility for strong Senior Associates or Senior Managers.

Must-have profile (please read before applying):

• 4–8+ years in consulting
• Background from Big 4 AWM teams or specialist AWM advisories
• Project experience in AWM operating models, digital/client transformation, investments, regulatory change, or front-to-back processes
• Strong client-facing skills & workstream leadership

❌ Not suitable for candidates without consulting experience or without AWM exposure.

Role overview:

You will deliver and lead transformation projects for top-tier asset & wealth managers across Europe—covering operating model design, digital initiatives, regulatory work, data/ESG projects, investment process optimization and more.

You’ll also play a role in strengthening and developing the Frankfurt‑based practice.
