Manager, Aviation Finance

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of aviation finance, aircraft leasing, and investor relations. You will support the origination and execution of cross-border aircraft leasing transactions, assist in financial modeling and data analysis, and contribute to global investor engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential global investors (private equity, family offices, institutional investors, asset managers) using databases and out-reach; support account and sales teams in maintaining and expanding investor relationships through updates, insights, and follow-up communication.
• Assist in preparing indicative offers, financial models, and investment proposals; support documentation for airline and investor transactions; build and maintain financial models; support due diligence (credit analysis, aircraft as-assessment, data validation); coordinate deliverables and ensure compliance.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources; create visualizations and professional presentations using Excel and Power-Point; provide analytical insights to assist in transaction structuring and strategic decision-making; communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth research on aircraft leasing and investment markets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; create marketing materials (pitch decks, brochures, digital campaigns); leverage digital channels for targeted investor engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in aircraft finance, leasing
• Interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication
• Ability to work independently
• Strong project management abilities
