Manager BIM/VDC (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the BIM team, fostering technical growth and collaboration
• Define and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows across projects; oversee BIM execution plans and ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements
• Coordinate BIM activities across disciplines and project phases
• Serve as primary point of contact for BIM‑related topics with internal stakeholders, clients and external partners
• Ensure model quality, data integrity and compliance with industry standards
• Evaluate and integrate new digital tools and technologies (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks)
• Support business development and proposal efforts with BIM expertise

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience in BIM project execution and leadership, ideally in an international setting
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC and other relevant BIM tools
• Proven experience in team leadership and strategic BIM implementation
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
