Your new role

• You support the implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience across Allane Mobility Group
• You assist in IT and Cyber Risk Management, including risk assessments, incident reporting, monitoring, and oversight of 1st Line activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk governance
• You conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and help develop and update Business Continuity Plans with recovery measures
• You help develop and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), including response and recovery actions, communication plans, and return-to-business-as-usual measures
• You assist in monitoring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, DORA, BAIT, etc.) and support audits by providing requested evidence, as well as contributing to BCM‑related trainings

Your strengths

• You hold a degree in (Business) Economics or have completed a comparable qualification
• You have initial practical experience in emergency or risk management, ideally within a financial services institution, a consulting firm, or an audit company
• You are familiar with regulatory frameworks such as MaRisk, BAIS and DORA, and you are motivated to actively contribute to their implementation and compliance
• You enjoy working independently, are proactive, and well‑organized
• You have a broad, cross‑functional mindset, enjoy exchanging ideas with others, and prefer working in a team over working alone
