Tasks

• You take ownership of operational IT initiatives, primarily (but not limited to) Process Digitalization and Digital Workplace
• You design and implement business applications and workflow automations, mainly using the Microsoft Power Platform
• You contribute to platform standards, documentation, and technical best practices
• You combine project execution, hands‑on solution delivery, and structured stakeholder coordination to ensure stable and scalable IT services
• You independently manage general IT projects within defined scope and governance frameworks
• You coordinate Lufthansa Group internal or external partners to deliver projects and services on time and within scope
• You take responsibility for applications to ensure compliance with IT governance, audit, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• You hold a bachelor’s / master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a comparable vocational training (Application Development / System Integration) with several years of experience
• You have expert knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, especially in Canvas Apps and Power Automate
• You are open and enthusiastic about working with both new and established technologies
• You're a self‑motivated team player with strong communication and project management skills
• You work independently, efficiently, and flexibly, and you’re not afraid to dive into new subject areas
• You demonstrate reliability, initiative, ownership, and a results‑oriented, hands‑on mentality
• You are fluent in both English and German
• Ideally you're passionate about aviation :-)
