Join the Business Process Excellence (BPEX) unit as Manager Global Process Architect and play a key role in designing and maintaining our Corporate Process Universe (CPU) to ensure harmonization, standardization, and increased efficiency across the company. Help us deliver simplicity and business process excellence while empowering teams to implement global, standardized, and clear end-to-end processes.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive and transparent process architecture for BioNTech's Corporate Process Universe (CPU)
• Ensure the consistency and quality of the process landscape in close collaboration with process owners and specialist departments
• Identify improvement opportunities, derive optimization measures, and support harmonization and standardization across departments
• Apply modern modeling and architecture standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0, APQC) and leverage tools for process documentation, automation, and process mining
• Collaborate with stakeholders to initiate process automation, process mining, and AI use cases to enhance efficiency
• Ensure compliance with process management guidelines and support the introduction and maintenance of a process management governance framework

What you have to offer:

• A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, IT, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in process management, process architecture, or a similar role
• Proficiency in process modeling and architecture frameworks, such as BPMN 2.0 and APQC, and experience with process management tools (e.g., Signavio, ADONIS)
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way to diverse stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence
