Manager - Commercial Due Diligence

Our client, a leading strategy boutique is looking for strong additions to their team in Germany

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, or growth advisory, ideally with a focus on B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services
• Strong understanding of B2B technology business models, unit economics, go-to-market strategies, and competitive landscapes
• Proven ability to lead project teams, manage client relationships, and deliver insights under tight deadlines
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercial due diligence engagements for B2B tech targets, including market sizing, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and revenue forecasting
• Oversee junior team members, ensuring high-quality research, analysis, and deliverables
• Present strategic insights and actionable recommendations to private equity clients and executive teams
• Contribute to business development through proposal support, thought leadership, and building long-term client relationships
