Manager Consulting (mwd)

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their technology challenges and delivering customized solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions that address clients technology challenges.
• Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts. Participate in proposal development client presentations and contract negotiations.
• Provide insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the Consulting Services division.
• Assist in overseeing the financial performance of the division adhering to budgets and ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 7 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in consulting.
• Proven experience: Strong experience in consulting with a record of successful projects.
• Proficiencies: Solid understanding of consulting methodologies, industry trends and technology.
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g. MBA).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus.
