Manager Data Analytics & AI (m/f/d)

We are looking for a hands-on data analytics professional to design, build, and scale a holistic, company-wide data analytics and reporting landscape, while enabling the effective use of AI across the organization.

Your tasks

Develop and maintain a company-wide analytics framework with data models, metric definitions, and reporting standards
Create analytical data models, transformations, and dashboards combining descriptive analytics with AI-driven insights
Provide dashboard templates for top-priority KPIs, while enabling domains to use the infrastructure to report on their own metrics
Implement automated data pipelines from core systems such as Coupa, Jira, or Requirements tools
Identify relevant AI use cases, drive their implementation, and integrate AI tools into existing workflows
Ensure high data quality, documentation, and governance; define company standards for data and AI usage
Support decisions on analytics and AI tools, ensuring scalability and compliance with internal policies and data protection requirements

Your profile

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a comparable technical field, or Business Administration with technical affinity
3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with proven experience building and implementing analytics solutions
Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and AI such as Power BI, SQL, and Python
Experience automating analytical, reporting, or documentation workflows
Experience working with heterogeneous data sources, ERP systems, and project management tools
Analytical thinking, structured approach, and ability to translate open-ended questions into concrete analytics solutions
High ownership mindset, hands-on mentality, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
Experience in automotive, autonomous, or public technology industries is a plus
