YOUR TASKS• Focus on digitalization efforts in the field of sustainability management in our global team

• Acquire all necessary knowledge as inhouse participant of an AI upskilling programme

• Implementation of AI use cases as part of an AI booster hub, with focus on sustainability topics

• Coordination in projects between stakeholders on a local and international level

• Ensure technical requirements regarding data needs & structure

• Sparring with business owners to ensure successful business use cases of AI

YOUR PROFILE• MINT or Chemical background and basic to advanced programming skills

• Understanding of data quality needs for machine learning and deployment of artificial intelligence

• Experience in (Chemical) industrial areas, regarding process optimization and/or sustainability management

• Interest to work at touchpoints between business, IT and sustainability within a chemical company

• Passion of working with international teams and to drive the field of sustainability by digital transformation

• Excellent German and English language skills, communication and project management basics
