Manager ESG Performance and Senior Expert CSRD (d/f/m)

What you’ll do

• Shape Henkel’s implementation and progress on sustainability through centralized and structured sustainability data, reporting capabilities and analytics in the Corporate Sustainability team
• Manage the collection of the complete set of ESG data required for Henkel's corporate reporting and disclosures, and support management with performance reporting and analyses
• Shape and maintain the central documentation of requirements, data sources, definitions and responsibilities to ensure that Henkel's ESG reporting and disclosures comply with relevant standards and regulations
• Monitor market trends as well as relevant changes in regulation, processes, responsibilities and strategy
• Provide support to teams across the company to leverage central ESG data to meet their reporting needs.
• Collaborate with data teams and IT to drive the development of reporting tools
