Job Objective

For our highly motivated team in Berlin, we’re looking for an experienced external financial reporting specialist with robust IFRS capabilities and solid SEC-filing skills.

What you will be responsible for

• Support the consolidation team in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Work closely with the consolidation team and legal advisors in order to produce compliant SEC filings
• Prepare necessary periodic SEC filings
• Research and document SEC guidance and apply to SSU reportings
• Perform SOX controls in the respective areas and continuously look for improvement areas
• Provide information to external and internal auditors

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in the respective area within a US-listed company and/or equivalent hands‑on experience in an audit firm
• BA-degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• Ideally US‑CPA degree or higher
• Attention to detail/strong analytical skills
• Fluent written and oral skills in English, German and/or French a plus
• Working knowledge in SAP and/or consolidation and reporting systems (e.g. Workiva/OneStream/IDL)
