This is what you can do

  • Technical, disciplinary and goal-oriented management of the flight readiness operation in shift operation with team leader structure
  • Secure safe environment for employees, product and customers
  • Strategic development of the flight readiness/delivery center and ensuring defined quality standard
  • Optimization of production utilization, capacity and personnel planning
  • Customer orientated vision to support and engage a smooth hand-over of the D328eco to customer
  • Take care of the customer at the site and host them for the hand-over of the aircraft
  • Active coaching and further development of team leaders with regard to modern leadership methods
  • Ensuring and adhering to key figures as well as preparing status reports and initiating measures in the event of deviations
  • Optimization of operation at the operational and administrative areas according to common lean management methods as well as active promotion of lean understanding among employees
  • Monitoring and implementation of occupational health and safety and environmental protection regulations
  • Planning and monitoring of resources (personnel, machines, materials) according to budget specifications

You'll bring this with you

  • Experience in leading an aviation flight readiness or delivery center for more than 10 years
  • Completed technical studies (engineer) or comparable technical training in aviation
  • Several years of management experience, both professional and disciplinary, as a production or manufacturing manager
  • Analytical, structured way of working as well as a high level of commitment and initiative
