Our client, a growing and renowned Luxembourgish PSF, is looking for a Manager Fund Legal to support its development and handle its team. By joining this firm, your missions will be focused on alternative investments funds, with a background in Private Equity and Real Estate. Your Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising the legal management of fund and corporate structures, ensuring high-quality, compliant and timely service delivery.
• Managing and mentoring a team of legal professionals, stimulating autonomy, collaboration and a client-focused mindset while ensuring consistent standards across files.
• Overseeing regulatory and governance matters, acting as a trusted internal reference for senior management and operational teams.

Profile and Career Path

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a law firm in Luxembourg, allowing you to be comfortable in your position of manager.
• You are fluent in English and French, any additional languages being considered as an advantage.
• You are motivated with the idea to manage an experienced team where communication is one of the most important value.
