Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead and optimize assembly and repair teams and processes across NACOS Marine’s global locations. You will be responsible for safety, quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement in both internal workshops and external partner operations. The role involves managing high-variety, low-volume mechatronic products and collaborating closely with service, project management, engineering, procurement, and external partners. You will lead both directly reporting team members and process-controlled dotted-line teams, fostering operational excellence, coaching, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a global assembly and repair team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Build and optimize assembly and repair processes for high quality, efficiency, and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet business and customer requirements
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and coaching to team members
  • Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and shorten turnaround times
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in team and technical leadership within a global setting
  • Strong background in assembly and repair processes for mechatronic products
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%)

Why Choose Us

At NACOS Marine, you will lead global teams in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to operational excellence and shaping the future of marine automation. You will have opportunities for professional growth while making a tangible impact on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across global operations.
