Stellenbeschreibung:

Role Overview

NACOS Marine is a globally integrated group of companies at the forefront of maritime automation, navigation, and control systems. Building on decades of expertise and a heritage of trusted solutions, NACOS Marine continues to pioneer technologies that set the standard for safer, smarter, and more efficient ship operations worldwide.

As part of our global supply chain organization, procurement plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth across all regions.

We are seeking an experienced Manager Global Indirect Procurement (m/f/d) to lead and further develop our global indirect procurement activities. In this role, you will define and execute global category strategies, drive strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensure consistent, compliant, and value-driven procurement practices across regions.

You will work closely with regional and functional stakeholders (IT, HR, Finance, Operations) and act as a key change agent in strengthening procurement governance, supplier performance, and cost transparency on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global category strategies for indirect spend, leveraging scale, standardization, and supplier consolidation across regions
  • Lead global sourcing initiatives (RFI/RFP/RFQ), negotiations, and contracting to optimize total cost of ownership and mitigate supply risk
  • Drive process efficiency and automation, including e-procurement platforms, catalog management, and P2P system optimization
  • Establish and govern Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks, including KPIs, risk management, and continuous improvement plans
  • Promote supplier innovation and sustainability initiatives across the global supply base
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, aligning procurement strategies with business needs and transformation initiatives
  • Negotiate and manage global framework agreements, ensuring legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met
  • Ensure strong governance over contract lifecycle management and supplier onboarding
  • Deliver globally consolidated reporting and insights to senior leadership, ensuring data accuracy in ERP and procurement systems

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in global indirect procurement, including multi-region sourcing and supplier management
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including experience guiding teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and negotiation in an international context
  • Solid commercial and analytical skills, including cost modeling and benchmarking
  • Ability to manage complexity across cultures, time zones, and regulatory environments
  • Proficiency in ERP and P2P systems, eSourcing tools, and advanced Excel or analytics
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage

Why choose us and why we’d choose you

At NACOS Marine, we empower our leaders to shape global processes, influence strategy, and drive meaningful change. You will work in an international environment where collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are central to how we operate.

We value professionalism, openness, and diversity, and we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where talent can grow and make a global impact.

If you are motivated to lead global procurement transformation and thrive in a complex, international setting, we look forward to hearing from you.
