(Junior) Manager Global Product Management Risk Prevention (f/m/d)
DEU-Heidenheim

In this role you will be responsible for product management within our Risk Prevention Business Division on a global scale. You will inspire an international cross-functional team along the end-to-end product management process. A close interaction with our key sales countries is the base for success in this role where you will act as a networker and connector of people.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing further the Risk Prevention strategy (product and brand strategy) in order to reach our growth targets
• Contribute to driving the product development pipeline considering customer needs and matching it to our strategic objectives
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities in order to optimally manage the development and positioning of the assigned product range
• Product Lifecycle Management und Brand Management for the area of responsibility: from idea generation and launch to exit
• Define the positioning and claims with appropriate level of evidence for the assigned product area
• Steering and collaboration of projects adhering to HARTMANN standards

Qualifications

• Background in scientific or business linked studies
• Global experience in end-to-end product management or comparable role, with a strong focus on trading / wholesaling / retail business models
• Sales experience and experience in local markets, preferably in tender-driven markets (e.g. Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland)
• Exposure to medical devices industry
• Constructive and open collaboration, communication, and intercultural competence
• Proven project management skills
• Fluent in English; French, German or another EU language is very much appreciated
