Manager - Health Care Professional (HCP) Engagement (f/m/d)

Near the compliance department of Arthrex in Munich‑Freiham, we are looking for a Manager to support global Health Care Professional (HCP) engagement.

Your Tasks

• Manage and support global HCP engagement, including needs assessment, consultant selection, fair market value (FMV) analysis, and consultant compensation/reimbursement.
• Lead global HCP engagement processes to ensure compliance and coordinate annual needs assessments with business units.
• Oversee due diligence, documentation, and payment approvals for HCP consultants while maintaining tracking systems for consulting services and modifications.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for HCP engagement, and train employees and consultants on compliance processes and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams on audits, data analysis, and transparency reporting while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and compliance objectives globally.

Your Profile

• Holding a bachelor’s degree or extensive equivalent qualification and several years of experience in HCP engagement or compliance‑related functions.
• Experience in Legal, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, or Internal Audit.
• Extensive leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of FCPA, Anti‑Kickback Statute, AdvaMed, PhRMA, OIG guidelines, and HCP engagement lifecycle.
• Skilled in business process development, internal controls, project management, and training delivery.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with fluent German and English.
