We are a flexible and dynamic HR team with a strong background of Danaher’s toolkits for our core processes and interesting projects in the pipeline to allow you to grow within our team and leave a footprint for our organization.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- HR Operations & DBS: develop and implement standard and high-quality work processes and procedures (including creation and storage of contractual documents and assurance of up-to-date data in the HR IT systems).
- Employee point of contact: act as a competent point of contact for employees regarding concerns and questions that arise.
- Payroll Germany, time management and operational support for company pension and benefits: responsible for coordination, implementation and quality control of time management and monthly payroll of the relevant employees as well as operational support for company pension schemes and benefits.
- Compensation processes and HR Analytics Germany: responsible for operational implementation of the compensation processes defined for Germany and development and assurance of HR reporting and analytics for Germany.
- Project work: manage individual, defined projects within your own area of responsibility and actively participate in more extensive national, and if applicable, international projects (e.g., introducing digital HR processes).
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- University graduate or completed vocational training and relevant additional qualification.
- Multiple years of professional experience in HR and payroll or related field.
- Know‑how in payroll accounting, collective bargaining, income tax and social security law as well as employer relations including cooperation with works councils and relevant project management experience.
- Knowledge of relevant IT tools (e.g., SAP R/3 HR, Workday, ATOSS).
- Fluent in German and very good English skills.
