Manager Investment Controlling ( temp contract until mid 2027)

Responsibilities

• Global controlling (budgeting, reporting, forecasting) for investment projects and capital expenditures
• Work closely with Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing & R&D leadership teams to support decision making, while getting visibility
• Shape, coordinate, and drive delivery of strategic investment initiatives and global projects
• Perform financial analysis on strategic investment projects, managing stakeholders and challenging assumptions, including business cases & DCF valuations
• Facilitate approval of investments and preparation of approval documents for Henkel decision bodies
• Continuous monitoring of investment execution and conducting success analysis
• Drive investment process optimization and implementation and foster knowledge on investments and train the organization.
