For our Transformation division, we are seeking you to start as soon as possible in the role of Manager IT Architektur Energiewirtschaft (w/m/d) .

What to Expect

Consulting – You will shape the digital transformation of companies in the energy sector, advising from digital IT strategy to implementation.

Digitization – You will assist our clients in transitioning from old, monolithic architectures to leaner, modern IT architectures, considering the latest trends. As an experienced IT architect, you will take project responsibility.

Development – You will support our clients in topics such as Cloud Computing, modern Software Engineering, and contemporary integration architectures, enabling new ways of working that empower teams to operate independently.

What You Bring

• Successfully completed your studies (Master's or PhD) in a STEM field.
• Extensive experience in areas such as Cloud (PaaS, IaaS with Infrastructure as Code), DevOps, Microservices, Container Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), Big Data, AI/ML, or other emerging technologies. Leadership experience is also required.
• Ideally, industry experience in the energy sector and practical software development experience—specific programming languages are less important.
• Excellent German language skills and the flexibility and mobility necessary for consulting work.
