Manager IT – Lead Developer / Solution Architect Salesforce (m/f/diverse)

Architect Loyalty: Design Salesforce solutions for our Miles & More customer service!

Are you enthusiastic about innovations and the development of extraordinary solutions? We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer/Solution Architect to join our dynamic team, where you will drive the design and implementation of our customer service platform.

Tasks

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the solution architecture, continuous development and stable operation of our Salesforce environment.

The position includes:

• Development of solution architectures for the use of Salesforce
• Control and guidance of the international Salesforce development team
• Driving architecture decisions, solution design and code reviews to ensure best practices
• Monitor Salesforce integration with other core systems and platforms
• Establish and ensure standards for coding, IT architecture and deployment
• Compliance with and assurance security standards, preparation and monitoring of audits, together with the Information Security Chapter
• Collaborate with application owner, IT architects, stakeholders and other teams to develop the strategic & architectural goals and timelines
• Sharing expertise with colleagues inside and outside IT

Requirements

Completed (technical) university degree, preferably in computer science, economics, natural sciences or engineering

Alternatively, completed training in combination with many years of relevant professional experience

Several years of relevant Salesforce experience with responsibility in solution architecture as a solution/IT architect or in technical IT consulting or development

Ideally knowledge of other CRM systems, e.g. MS Dynamics

Proven experience in guiding and mentoring international/cross-functional technical teams/groups is an advantage

Experience in applying agile methods and principles

Experience in the area of customer loyalty is an advantage

Very good written and spoken German and English skills
