In this role, you will support Sanoptis' growth by building performance dashboards and ensuring CRM systems are operational. You will optimize their use for us and our eye clinics based on comprehensive marketing data. Your knowledge of analytics and building the right tech stack will enable our management and our clinics to make informed decisions based on high‑quality underlying data.
Join our team in Berlin as soon as possible as a Manager Marketing Tech & Analytics (m / f / d) - part‑time (20 hours).
Manage our tech stack: You will manage and optimize our marketing technology stacks (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, CDP). You will prepare the tech stack to be able to integrate data from GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Funnel, and Zapier into a cohesive and comprehensive dashboard. This will include collaborating with in‑house IT and external service providers to implement new technologies. Finally, you will provide training and support to the marketing team in the use of marketing tools.
Optimize our CRM: You will support the development of the API between the patient management system, booking calendars, and reporting. You will design and develop an intuitive, user‑friendly dashboard that effectively visualizes key performance metrics. The goal is to enable the dashboard to facilitate data comparison on a daily and weekly basis. Ensuring data quality and integration between the various systems is your top priority. The development of automation solutions for campaign management and lead scoring rounds out this area of responsibility.
Create Analytics and Insightful Reporting: You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting marketing metrics to identify optimization potential. You will foster the automation of data updates and report generation processes. Potentially you will replicate the dashboard for additional clinics based on the initial project's success. You will also provide support with the personalization and segmentation of marketing measures. In doing so, you will ensure compliance with data protection guidelines (GDPR, CCPA) when handling customer data.
