Overview

Manager (Mensch) Media Audit & Value Management at WPP Media. Supporting the team in monitoring client-specific Media Performance KPIs with the aim of guaranteeing compliance and driving insights for optimization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the ongoing coordination and management of client-specific guarantee compliance using tracking tools
• Assist in analyzing media plans to identify optimization potential
• Support the creation of actionable recommendations
• Assist in monitoring goal achievement and its impact on client-specific bonus/malus regulations
• Develop and implement tracking templates based on established audit methodologies
• Proactive interface communication with internal and external stakeholders (local and global)

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a media agency, at an auditor, or in a comparable environment
• Very strong analytical skills and comfort handling large and complex data sets
• Good to very good Excel skills
• Careful, structured, team-oriented and eager to learn
• Good communication skills and German and English proficiency in spoken and written form
