The Chairman’s Office Europe and North Africa (COE) supports and coordinates our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa with corporate functions and services. Responsibilities

• Drive performance of the group’s business portfolio across all verticals in Europe and North Africa, delivering practical insights and key business and financial highlights to the Motherson Management Board.
• Develop, manage, and execute business enhancement strategies, including glide path development and turnaround programs, to ensure sustainable growth across the region.
• Assess and manage strategic business investments with a strong focus on financial impact from both short- and long-term perspectives.
• Oversee and coordinate the budget review process for all business verticals in Europe and North Africa, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Lead initiatives to optimize Free Cash Flow and Working Capital, driving efficiency and financial stability across the organization.

Your profile

• An above average degree in business administration, preferably a master’s in finance, LLM or CPA
• Strong knowledge in accounting and applied financial theory.
• Several years of experience in corporate finance, either in an industrial company or in consulting.
• Proven ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, including leading international, cross‑functional teams and handling complex business cases in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of commitment, strong communication skills, and a sense of ownership.
• Excellent English & German language skills, additional languages are preferred considering the multi‑national environment.
• Ability to mentor and motivate teams in a distressed environment.
• Pragmatic, hands‑on team player.
• Flexibility to travel.
