Manager (m/f/d) HR Controlling

Planning, controlling and reporting personnel costs and KPI’s
Develop HR related cost controlling standards, dashboards, forecasting models and regular performance reports
Identify and analyse variances and personnel cost drivers and derive actionable recommendations
Support annual financial statements, planning and management reporting
Creation of HR reports and ensure accurate data processing
Optimize HR Controlling processes and ensure high data quality
PoE for HR related Audit matters for Bonus, FTE& HC
Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize overall returns

Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, with focus on HR/ Controlling
Multi-year expertise in HR-Controlling, or general Controlling
Excellent stakeholder management skills and relationship building across all organizational levels
Assertive personality with ability to challenge the status quo and drive change with persistence
Strong analytical thinking and experience working with large datasets
Excellent knowledge in MS-Office, mainly Excel and Oracle
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
