YOUR MISSION:
- Execute PDSE processes within assigned BU(s) or category groups, ensuring correct application of coding guidelines and product data maintenance rules
- Perform product data completeness checks, ensuring all required attributes are captured for reporting, financial processes, and eCom readiness
- Monitor and maintain data quality, conducting milestone‑based horizontal checks and raising deviations to Senior Manager/Teamhead.
- Support implementation of new product creation tools, including testing, user training, documentation, and ongoing improvements
- Analyze system and process performance, identifying improvement opportunities and collaborating with business users to refine workflows
- Collaborate closely with D&T, providing detailed business input for enhancements, bug fixes, and new functionalities
- Consolidate system/data requirements from BUs and cross‑functional partners, ensuring functional changes are correctly evaluated and documented
- Ensure close collaboration with Product Excellence, aligning product data elements with physical product standards and creation processes
- Support sustainability‑related data tracking and documentation, ensuring data readiness for reporting tools
- Coach Junior Managers and provide day‑to‑day operational guidance.
YOUR TALENT:
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, supply chain management, product management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience (at least 4 years) in product data management, product creation, process management, or a comparable interface function
- Very good understanding of product development processes (e.g., PDSE), product data structures, and data quality and reporting standards
- Experience in working with product data systems (PLM, PIM, ERP, or comparable tools) and a high level of system affinity
- Strong understanding of data quality, reporting requirements, eCom readiness, and finance-related data processes
- Experience in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting business processes as well as in deriving system and workflow improvements
- High quality awareness and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., business units, product excellence, sustainability, IT)
- Ideally, experience in handling sustainability data and corresponding reporting requirements
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to record and consolidate business requirements in a structured manner and convert them into functional specifications
- Experience in working with IT/D&T teams, especially in testing, bug fixes, tool implementations, and system enhancements
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
