Your Mission

  • Take end‑to‑end responsibility for the strategic, operational and commercial success of a major software pillar of SNP’s Kyano portfolio
  • Take strategic initiative in shaping the vision and strategy for the next stage of evolution of this Kyano pillar
  • Responsibility for commercially growing the assigned software product over the entire product life cycle
  • Analyzing and prioritizing the strategic market requirements of current and future products within the pillar, including identifying opportunities for growth based on company strategy
  • Orchestrate how our platform products solve market needs comprehensively and achieve key goals for SNP
  • Lead a team of product management experts and work closely with Management and colleagues across the organization
  • Steer and advise executives by developing business plans, presenting strategic decision proposals and translating business needs into a compelling strategy
  • Monitor product success by tracking performance against key metrics
  • Act as a coach/mentor for the team

What We Are Looking For

  • Extensive experience in growing a platform / suite of products in the software field, ideally with a SaaS and/or an SAP background
  • Proven track record of managing a product portfolio
  • Strong leadership skills—capable of inspiring and motivating team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams—excellent communicator able to articulate the platform vision and strategy to various stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze, adapt and develop existing structures
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required
