Contract type: Permanent, Full time.

Start date: Immediately.

Plan, coordinate and implement international product launches in close collaboration with product management, marketing, sales and other teams.
Steer strategic projects in product management and marketing (e.g., AI initiatives, data management, introduction of a project‑management tool, development of new imaging processes with CGI/photography, establishment of a process for regular reference projects).
Optimize processes to increase efficiency, transparency and cross‑departmental collaboration and further develop them.
Advance the development of project and portfolio standards, methods, roadmaps, success metrics and reporting; organise central project rituals (kick‑offs, stand‑ups, retrospectives, stakeholder updates).
Co‑ordinate all relevant stakeholders and ensure clear objectives, timelines and responsibilities.

Completed Master’s degree (technical or business) or a comparable qualification.
3–5 years of experience in project management, consulting or a similar internal role in product or marketing.
Experience leading complex projects with many stakeholders.
Strong hands‑on mentality, flexibility and independent working style.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent German and English language skills; comfortable in an international environment.
Communicative, solution‑oriented and collaborative with diverse teams.
