Your seat to fill:

• Act as the Project Quality Lead throughout the product development process for the respective Business Unit (BU), ensuring all quality objectives are achieved
• Plan, define, and oversee quality requirements in close collaboration with compliance, product management, engineering, and supplier teams
• Lead and facilitate risk assessments such as Design and Process FMEAs during concept and design phases to identify and mitigate potential issues early
• Drive and monitor quality-related actions during product development to ensure full compliance with defined standards and processes
• Coordinate global quality activities, working effectively with international teams (e.g., in China) to align deliverables, timelines, and expectations
• Evaluate prototypes, conduct quality assessments, and deliver clear, actionable review reports to relevant stakeholders
• Review and support supplier quality processes, including Process FMEA and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), to ensure robust supplier performance
• Provide regular quality management reports summarizing project status, risks, and improvement initiatives for your Business Unit
• Plan, document, and verify product and assembly qualifications by reviewing test results against internal quality standards and requirements
• Track and communicate quality deliverables across all project gates and milestones, maintaining visibility through the Quality Roadmap

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Several years of professional experience in Quality Management, preferably within the consumer goods or juvenile products industry
• Proven expertise in structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, PPS, or QRQC
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies (FMEA, HARA, etc.)
• Solid understanding of the Product Development Process and its quality integration points
• Demonstrated ability in lateral leadership – leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills in business English
• Analytical and structured thinker with high attention to detail and the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and a proactive mindset
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
