Your seat to fill:

• Develop and implement innovative retail design concepts aligned with the Cybex brand.
• Manage retail architecture projects from initial concept through to final execution.
• Oversee detailed planning, coordination with contractors, and quality control.
• Focus on flagship store projects and new retail openings, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Operate effectively under close supervision and micromanagement, providing regular updates and adapting to feedback.
• Handle all aspects of project management, including those that may be less desirable or routine.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and construction to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Manage workload under high pressure and extended working hours as necessary.

• Proven experience managing retail architecture projects from concept to completion, minimum 7 years of experience.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ability to hold team members and vendors accountable while maintaining professionalism.
• Comfortable working under detailed oversight and frequent review.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to engage in all phases of the project, including less glamorous tasks.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage extended hours.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with flagship store design and retail rollout preferred.
