Your role and your tasks:

  • Process Optimization: Enhance, develop, and implement sales processes, procedures, and technologies to streamline sales performance.
  • Sales Analytics and Reporting: Monitor sales KPIs, conduct forecasting, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data, maintain customer databases, and manage sales lead distribution.
  • Sales Support: Equip the sales team with necessary tools and resources, and onboard new hires on the sales tech stack.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, integration, content, and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
  • HubSpot CRM: Manage HubSpot platform, ensuring effective utilization for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and provide strategic insights.

Now let’s talk about you:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or related roles. Experience in lead generation and closing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and technologies (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working cross-departmentally and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Business fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
