Senior Recruitment Consultant - IT Compliance & Security - DACH

Your Profile:

• Lead and manage consulting projects, focusing on identifying emerging business opportunities and client needs.
• Drive the acquisition of new consulting engagements and develop innovative approaches for optimizing IT systems, blending traditional and agile organizational models and methods.
• Provide expert guidance on improving IT governance, organizational structures, and sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing overall efficiency and risk management.
• Support client interactions, including preparing presentations, proposals, and conducting research and analysis on current industry topics.
• Contribute to the internal development of the consulting practice, supporting knowledge-sharing and skills enhancement within the team.

Your Experience:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategic transformation in IT at the executive level.
• Solid understanding of IT management, governance frameworks, and industry best practices (e.g., COBIT, ITIL).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and process improvement techniques (e.g., Lean Management).
• Openness to occasional travel for business engagements.
• Fluency in both English and German (or other relevant languages).
